Course access is delivered digitally. After enrollment is confirmed and access is granted, fees are generally non-refundable, consistent with our cancellation policy.
If you believe a payment was made in error or you did not receive the access you paid for, contact us using the phone number in the site footer with your enrollment details. We will review legitimate cases on their merits.
Any refund approved by KKDL will be processed using the same method used for payment, subject to reasonable processing times from payment providers.
